Technical cookies in the current configuration
Cookies and technologies in use
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. This configuration uses technical cookies for operation, security and preferences, with no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or commercial profiling cookies. There are therefore no advertising categories to accept or reject.
Automatic and external services
Google reCAPTCHA automatically protects form pages and uses the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis. It loads through the dedicated recaptcha.net domain to avoid the general Google domain. The provider sets its own cookie durations and details, which can be inspected in your browser. Maps automatically request tiles from tile.openstreetmap.org, giving the provider the IP address and request metadata; our integration does not add a geolocation cookie. WhatsApp and Google Maps remain external links. Fonts and libraries are local.
Managing the notice and browser
“Got it” dismisses this notice and records acknowledgement for 180 days without enabling optional services. “Cookie information” in the footer reopens it at any time. Browser settings allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies; blocking technical cookies may prevent form use or language persistence. Deleting the notice cookie makes it reappear. Browsing and scrolling are not treated as consent.
Updates and rights
See the Privacy Policy for personal data processing, legal bases, recipients, transfers and rights. If non-essential technologies are introduced, we will update these policies and the interface before activation, providing any required choices.
Counting contact clicks
To understand which pages help visitors contact us, we record phone and WhatsApp clicks: click type, page path without parameters, language, date and a random code for each event. The record contains no names, contact details, form contents, IP addresses, user agents or advertising identifiers. We add no cookies or visitor identifiers for this count. Events are kept on the server for up to 90 days and may be forwarded to the controller’s reporting system through a configured webhook. They are used to produce counts by page and contact type, are not linked to people and are not sent to Google Ads. Future advertising attribution will require separate configuration and updated privacy choices.
